Cleantech Solutions International Inc (NASDAQ:CLNT) reported that Sharing Economy Investment Limited has finalized an exclusivity deal with Inspirit Studio, pertaining a prospective acquisition by SEI of at least 51% of Inspirit Studio.

Inspirit Studio runs and develops a sharing economy mobile platform named Anyway, which enables people to offer courier delivery services during the course of their commuting times. Anyway links freelance couriers and senders who are willing to offer letters/parcels for senders in exchange for income.
It is a fast delivery and low cost solution which enables freelance couriers to make money by sharing their journeys. Anyway resolves issues that the prevailing courier services have. With Anyway, senders can expect speedy responses to contact with their freelance couriers who are in proximity to the senders. There is no restriction on business hours and service area. With a five-month pilot plan in Hong Kong, they have signed up more than 2,000 freelance couriers, with more than successful 6,000 transactions.
