Dallas, Texas 08/22/2014 (FINANCIALSTRENDS) – EveryWare Global, Inc. (NASDAQ:EVRY) in its latest press release announced the sale of its United Kingodm business, HUK 54 Limited via subsidiary Oneida International. However, the highlight of the sale is that EveryWare will continue to hold rights of brands – ONEIDA, Anchor Hocking as well as Sant Andrea.

US-based EveryWare Global, Inc. (NASDAQ:EVRY) is one of the key players in the marketing of table-top as well as food preparation products. The products which EveryWare provides are comprehensive and will relate to placing these on the tabletop as well as to food production products and accessories. The line-up of products for which the company now has only the rights include products used for holding beverages, for hollow-ware, cookware, for candle as well as floral glass containers besides a range of kitchen products.

The latest sale will allow the company to report better results in this quarter, predict analysts covering this stock.
