Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOG) and Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB) face rivalry from the largest independent mobile advertisement platform in the world, InMobil. As per the reports, InMobil has decided to float a unique discovery feature named Miip, which aims to change sedate mobile advertisement into a content-rich experience.

With the help of this new feature, InMobil will continue to be those clients’ favorite who gets traffic on their sites through social media feeds and various applications.

Management Call:

The senior management of InMobil is delighted to launch this new feature and hopes that Miip will help the company stay close to its main asset i.e. customers. According to Naveen Tewari, CEO & Founder, InMobil, advertisements in today’s time have forgotten the combatant of the story — User. The prime objective of Miip is to put back user ahead of everything else. Tewari was talking to reporters in San Francisco on Tuesday evening.

InMobil, a Bangalore-based advertisement platform seeks to use Miip in the competitive advertisement landscape where Google and Facebook lead the chart in terms of revenues and numbers. Often, users are enraged by the number of ads shown to them based on their browsing habits by these two market leaders. Most of the times, users get irrelevant ads from Google and Facebook, which are real turnoffs.

As of now, there is no set pattern to improve the advertisement placement; however, Miip will enable the marketers to get the direct access to users and know their requirements based on their emotions and mood.

InMobil, one of the most trusted platforms in the world, is backed by SoftBank and Kleiner Perkins Caulfield & Byers. The current valuation of the company goes past $1 billion. Some of its customers include names like Kia and Ben & Jerry’s. Tewari roiled the rumors about being acquired by Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOG) and said that InMobil would come up with its IPO soon.
