As per a release, under the terms of the contract the firm proposes to buy Wandl at a cost of around $60 million.
With this acquirement, the company gains technology and skill in traffic business, multi-layer optimization as well as path calculation that will assist its service provider clients’ optimizes the recital and expenditure of their systems.
