As per a release, under the terms of the contract the firm proposes to buy Wandl at a cost of around $60 million.
With this acquirement, the company gains technology and skill in traffic business, multi-layer optimization as well as path calculation that will assist its service provider clients’ optimizes the recital and expenditure of their systems.
The head office of the Wandl group will remain in New Jersey, joining hands with Juniper Networks OpenLab, The Junos Center for novelty, to additionally speed up novel network-integrated apps for a related society.
