(NYSE: NCT) announced that it would release its second quarter financial results, 2013 on August 7, 2013 which falls on Wednesday, the second quarter result is for the period ended June 30, 2013. Addition to this Newcastle Investment arranged for conference call after the quarter results release at 6.30 A.M.  Newcastle Investment is focused on finance and real estate investment services in the United States, it is primarily investing and managing real estate related assets especially in Senior Housing Assets and Real Estate & Other Debt. Recently the company sold 40.2 million shares of common stock and raised $200 million, this money from this proceeds is used to cover expenses of the company and to assist the acquisition of senior and other real estate securities.  The Company CDOs include investment in unlevered excess MSRs, deconsolidated Newcastle CDO debt and other non-recourse. Newcastle Investment sold its interest in Newcastle CDO VII in April 2011, By June 2013 the sale of assets in Newcastle CDO IV were 100% completed.

There had been a gain of 2.62% in the shares of Newcastle Investment Co. (NYSE: NCT) which closed at $5.87 per share on Wednesday. The stock had presented intraday fluctuations on the range of $5.74 to $5.89 per share, after opening at $5.82 for the day. The company had recorded 52 week low at $4.70 and 52 week high at $12.49 per share.

Newcastle Investment Co. (NYSE: NCT) has 288.06 million shares outstanding with a market cap of $1.69 billion and an institutional ownership of 48% of the total capital. The trading volume on Wednesday was 7.02 million shares and the average volume is at 7.18 million shares per day.
