
NTX Transport (NTX) a Dallas, Texas based freight transport group announces that it has completed a merger with National Transport Group (NTG) of Los Angeles, California.
National Transport Group (NTG) provides local warehousing and consolidation, less than truckload and full truckload shipping, to all 48 states in both dry and refrigerated vans. Founded in 2004, the Company has experienced explosive but sustained growth
NTG was founded by Jacob Martirosyan in 2004 as NTUSA, Inc. In 2012 Jacob created NT Truck Lines, Inc. to handle less than truckload shipping (LTL) and local warehousing. Anthony Davtyan began in the freight transportation business in 2012 and quickly grew his company to multi-million dollar sales and high earnings. In 2015 the principals combined operations to form NTG.
