Dallas, Texas 11/19/2013 (Financialstrend) – Oracle Corporation (NYSE:ORCL) has announced that it has bought Bitzer Mobile. The latter is a provider of mobile-applications management solutions that permit organizations to give their employees access to corporate-data as well as applications from their own mobile devices. This is specifically to address the increasing security-needs that have been created with the bring your own device (BYOD) concept. The company has not disclosed the terms of this deal.
