Sirius XM Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:SIRI) reported that its Board of Directors announced a regular quarterly cash payout of $0.011 per share, reflecting a jump of $0.001, over the previous quarter’s payout. This payout will be distributed in cash on November 30, 2017 to shareholders as of record November 9, 2017.
In unrelated news, Sirius XM reported that they will perform an invitation-only concert for company listeners at the Grand Ole Opry House on October 29. This is the first time the GRAMMY Award-winning band – Joe Walsh, Don Henley and Timothy B. Schmit, with Grand Ole Opry member Vince Gill and Deacon Frey will perform at the renowned venue. Eagles Channel will be accessible through satellite and via the Sirius XM app on smartphones as well as other connected devices.
Sirius XM will broadcast a live, 3-song sneak peek of the event at the Grand Ole Opry House on The Bridge, Classic Vinyl and The Spectrum.
