Sugarmade, Inc. (OTCQB:SGMD), has announced entering into a long-term distribution deal with Bartosch to offer its dividers for frozen desserts and yogurt which is supported by advertising. As part of the agreement, Sugarmade will take the manufacturing, distribution and marketing rights for the product. Sugarmade will also be in charge of generating revenue from the sale of the product for a period of ten years. According to Sugarmade, it has the required revenue avenues in relation to the product both in terms of advertising niches to some of the most specialized markets as well as directly generating revenue.
Sugarmade CEO Jimmy Chan in a statement said the product requires unique marketing and distribution techniques which Sugarmade is a specialist. He adds that the company is already supplying to several customers in the sector. Chan says the product fits into Sugarmade’s line of offerings as well as its production processes as well as the distribution network. H adds that the company may also offer free dividers to its clients while generating revenue through advertising.
For the past 10 years, the frozen yogurt outlet has recorded a high growth margin as well as popularity. The company attributes this growth to its choice and control over customers due to the unique products it manufactures. The company admits that supplying many flavors and toppings can sometime lead to an unpleasant combination. The divider offers a simple and easily applicable separation method of different parts of the dessert and delivers the message targeted in the adverting campaign. This is further boosted by placement of ads for the product. Sugarmade says placement of ads will enable it freely supply Dividers to yogurt outlets. This mutual interaction enables the advertiser to access a high value market.
