The buzz
Earlier in November, Weyerhaeuser reported the appointment of Devin Stockfish as SVP, Timberlands, from January 1, 2018. Stockfish will replace Rhonda Hunter, who has chosen to retire after thirty years with the firm. Doyle R. Simons, the CEO and President, reported that Stockfish is a respected and skilled leader with a proven ability to record results. He has performed a remarkable job driving improvement in their Western Timberlands firm and he know he will bring that perspective and experience to this critical role.
He wants to thank Hunter for her remarkable leadership and for the several contributions she has offered to this firm throughout her career. He has truly enjoyed working with Hunter and they all wish her and her family all the best in her retirement.
Stockfish is VP of Weyerhaeuser’s Western Timberlands operations. Prior to that profile he was SVP, general counsel for the firm. He joined Weyerhaeuser back in 2013.
